When you contact Trueway, we process the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address and project message, to answer your enquiry and continue related business correspondence.

The website may also process basic technical and usage information needed for security, performance and analytics, including request metadata, device or browser information and page interactions.

For minimal first-party conversion measurement, we store aggregateable event type, page and session landing path, language, sanitized UTM source/medium/campaign and the external referrer hostname when present. This measurement layer does not store a visitor ID, fingerprint or full referrer URL and does not use cookies.

Contact data is used to respond to enquiries, prepare or discuss potential work and maintain necessary business correspondence. Technical data is used to operate, secure and improve the website.

Where analytics is enabled, we use it to understand aggregate website usage and improve content and conversion paths. We do not use the contact form to subscribe you to marketing without a separate choice.

When you join a product waitlist such as SpriteOrbit, we record your product interest separately from your consent to receive launch or product-update emails. You may withdraw that email consent later without erasing the historical fact that you expressed interest, subject to applicable retention and deletion rights.

The website is hosted and protected using Cloudflare services. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are loaded only after you allow analytics through the website consent control. These providers may then process measurement data under their own service terms and privacy documentation.

We do not sell personal data.

We keep enquiry and business correspondence only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, legal obligations, security or legitimate business records.

You can ask about access, correction or deletion of information connected with your enquiry by contacting hello@trueway.pl. Your analytics choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time using Analytics settings in the website footer.
